<KK> I think a Gwyneddan accent is very English, with no regional twang, rather like Prince Charles, maybe--and perhaps just a twinge of Welsh to soften it, in some cases.

<KK> The CC doesn't know Donal offed Sief.  Right now, all they know is that Sief died, apparently of a heart attack.

<Raushana> Donal sounds pretty ruthless with his powers.  Is that why Brion was reluctant to use his?
<hygilac> KK--Does Donal feel himself in danger, or is he just angry with Sief?
<AEves_Spirit> And did he realize that his powers were Deryni based, or did he think of them as a Divine right as part of his rule?
<KK> Donal made use of his gifts when he needed to.  But I think things happened that made him regret his use of his powers sometimes--and we know that Brion was always nervous about his powers.
<Shiral> What sort of relationship did Donal have with his children?
<fygar> I think Brion was to much influenced by his love to Jehana
<Laura> being married to Jehana didnt help either
<KK> Divine right, AEves.
<Jessie> then who empowered Donal?
<AEves_Spirit> I can imagine many a heated debate between Brion and Jehana in the Royal Bedchamber...
