Edwin apologises for the tardiness of his scene. He has had trouble with the person who writes him.

"You dictate your story to them, you give them your very heart and soul, and then they squander that info, the sleep on it, the toss our most beloved moments in the fire pit of obscurity, only to embellish the moments we would rather the world not know. Sometimes writers only hint at the real love that you try to express and aggrandize our pain."  Alaric Morgan replies in sympathy to Duncan, Colon, Catalina, Camber and Alixa Haldane. "But you do have to admit that without writers,  our stories would never be told."  Alaric lifts his glass in toast to Edwin and Aidan's writers. "We promise to keep talking if you keep dictating our words.  Psst: Duncan Michael, it is your own fault. You know you have to clammer away endlessly if you want to be noticed."

Words of wisdom from our Darkling Duke.  Although Colin takes mild exception to being referred to as "Colon." He knows he can be a pain in the patoot at times, but he's really not a part of the GI tract.  😂

So, it was one year ago today that Marc posted the first (non-bynw) scene in Forgotten Shadows. Amazing how time flies, isn't it? Anyway, wishing a happy anniversary to the kids and hope they don't die anytime soon.

Oh I love that Bede has just recieved a decent sword. One that should be serviceable for any future troubles.  good thinking on Airich's part( And Marc's)
