Tee-hee! I'm also rather fond of Marthe,already. I hope she has som ingenious plan to inconvenience her father that WON'T be easily discovered. But also concerned on both her behalf and Cecile's. I have the sneaking hope that the imprisoned Healer might have unblocked her powers, but gave her magical instructions to keep her father and brother from finding out too soon...but gave her some protection from what she's facing in Eistenmarke...

He didn't quite dare to Unblock her (remember, he still has a family being held hostage somewhere in Joux), but let's just say he did his best to assist her in much more subtle ways that should come to light soon. As for giving her some protection from what lies ahead in Eistenmarcke, I'm afraid he really knows nothing about that, nor is there much he could have done about it even if he did, aside from Unblocking her, which brings him back to that other dilemma of not daring to be too overt with his help.
