[19:16] <CambersGhost> [discord] <evie.delacourt> I tried roasting my glazed carrots this Christmas rather than cooking them on the stovetop, and they taste SO much better roasted in the oven! That caramelizes the glaze and does amazing things to the natural sweetness of the carrots.
