Not that I am aware of, though feel free to write some.... ;)
You might check one of the various (not Deryni specific) fanfic sites to see if they have any Deryni fiction that might meet that description. Fanfiction.net is one that has a fair collection of Deryni fanfic, although a steampunk one isn't coming to mind at the moment.
