Plus she wants to save up to buy a house first, not just be in a rental.

This afternoon I went to a tea at the rescue where I got Daphne, a fund-raiser, so was sated on good tea party fare.  A good way to spend a Sunday afternoon.  I also visited with the cats for an hour or two.
