[18:05]<KK> Maybe a few more in a bit.  I'm out of here by 8 PM, though; want to see the pilot episode of Kings, on NBC.  It might be good--though I'm not holding my breth.
[18:06]<jemler> 2 of my shoaw are going off the air this week. Kyle XY, and Battlestar Galactica.
[18:06]<jemler> Leverage is done for the season.
[18:06]<KK> Battlestar will be doing the last episode at the end of the week--at least here.
[18:06]<jemler> same here. 2 hour episode on Friday.

[18:09]<KK> I'll let you know if I need it.  I've just discovered how to stream episodes of ER that I missed earlier in the season.  Maybe I can do that for Battlestar.

[18:12]<KK> Thanks.  I just went there and bookmarked the site.  I probably could have figured how to do it, now that I've mastered ER's site, but you saved me some time.

[18:19]<KK> Just talking about the new series, Kings, which premieres at 8 tonight.
[18:20]<KK> Yes, I've gotten some writing done this week; deep in Brion's birthday tournament.
[18:20]<the_Bee> If It's online later, I'll watch it.  But the 2-hour debut conflict with two of my faves.

[18:23]<KK> I like Cold Case, but I've never been able to get into Desperate Housewives.

[18:24]<jemler> i don't have tivo, so i don't know.
[18:25]<KK> Ah, well.  It remains to be seen whether Kings will prove worth watching.
[18:25]<the_Bee> My tv was busted from August--November; I'm waiting for reruns for the season premieres.
[18:26]<the_Bee> Kings got only a moderately favorable review on TVGuide.com
[18:26]<jemler> i missed out on a couple episodes of the mentalist, and i am waiting for thoses reruns.
[18:26]<KK> Are those available on line?  I was telling Jemler, before you came on, that I discovered how to view back episodes of ER--hurrah!

[18:26]<the_Bee> Some are, some aren't.  The mentalist is doing reruns this week

[18:31]<the_Bee> My basic cable gets me less than 20 channels, and only 12 are anything I care about.
[18:31]<KK> Good title.  They also make a lot of money doing it.
[18:31]<jemler> You've got a hacker, a thief, a grifter, and a "retrieval expert" (he busts heads), with 1 honest man to lead them.

[18:32]<KK> Don't think so.  I only saw the first one and one other.

[18:33]<the_Bee> I don't get that. or USA or HBO or any of those.
[18:33]<KK> That many?  Gak, I really have fallen behind.

[18:34]<KK> I get USA, but not HBO--which means I miss The Tudors, which is being shot in Ireland.

[18:34]<the_Bee> almost  the only channels I get are the ones I got on my old antenna TV.

[18:35]<the_Bee> Yes.  That's why I'm reluctant to upgrade.

[18:36]<the_Bee> I believe Dexter is coming to CBS again this spring.
[18:36]<KK> Tuesday is NCIS, which I try never to miss.
[18:36]<the_Bee> I have cable, so I've been told I'm all set.  Fingers crossed.

[18:38]<KK> I like that metter than CSI NY--which I didn't like at first, but it's growing on me.

[18:39]<jemler> afte galactica goes off the air, i'll have to find something else to watch for march. the only thing on is basketball, not my fav.
[18:39]<KK> Basketball bumped ER this week, which really ticked me off.  That's why I made the effort to find its site and watch it there.
[18:39]<the_Bee> CBS is basketball this week.  I'll watch my recorded shows.

[18:40]<KK> I may do something else entirely, like read or write.
[18:40]<jemler> i have a laptop to work on. btw, bee. what happened to that notebook you bought?
[18:41]<the_Bee> I'm watching ER online too.  another case of 3 faves, can only record/watch 2 on my tivo

[18:45]<KK> Ah.  Never heard of that brand.
[18:45]<jemler> i have/had a balance digital, my niece still hasn't returned it.
[18:46]<thw_Bee> The seller said it was compatible with Linux or Ubuntu.
[18:46]<KK> For my laptop, I now have a sweet little netbook made by Acer; very light, very neat.  Can't read or record CD's, thugh.  Just thumb drives.
[18:46]<KK> It's a reasonable tradeoff for what I wanted it for; travels brilliantly.  I actually wrote on the plane to and from San Francisco.

[18:47]<KK> I traded my Macbook Pro, which I hated, to Cameron.
