is the second wallpaper to go up--probably in 1875, and traces of the
original, gilged paper from 1837.

[16:47] <.KK> I think I'm going to be able to get a piece of the 1875
paper off for the house book, and maybe even a sliver or two of the
original stuff. I spent several hours today stripping paper off and
sweeping up scraps.

in to heat the water

[16:53] <.KK> Meanwhile, the decorators and charging along right behind
the builders. We've got two rooms nearly ready for wallpaper, the
painting being already done--except that we may paint the one room
rather than papering it.

[16:53] <.KK> Wedgewood blue and white, I think; Cameron's former room.

for--will send it to our chal chief's lady to find a match. And my
long kilt skirt needs to be let out, if that's possible. Otherside, it
gets recycled to someone who can fit it..

Gus was not happy about that, and tried to run him off.

while we were in Florida for our vacation in februay/march

Sunderland Flying Boat at the RAF museum at Hendon; and also another
one up in San Francisco, though that one had been converted to a flying
oceanographic lab, so it wasn't the same inside.
