monitor and keyobard, but lack the splitter cable to plug them into.

ripped up toilet paper"

trotting out of the bathroom, trailing a wedding dressesque wad of tP
behind her

carpet has instant kitten appeal
[17:51] <Mistyck> she's also figured out how to get into her food bag
[17:51] <Ghostgames> I have to be really careful opening the door to
the kitten room -- they've had a taste of "freedom" (some exploration
in the rest of the house) and want more!

[17:52] <KK> So, kittens are still with you, eh?
[17:52] <Ghostgames> I was also hoping to have found homes for them by
now...

[17:52] <Martine> All our cat food is stored in rugged plastic
containers. Rowena has proven she can chew through any bag and gorge
herself.
[17:52] <KK> What do the other cats think of them?
[17:53] <Ghostgames> My friend Karen, who was interested in the grey
kitten, has had pneumonia for several weeks -- not a good time to
introduce a kitten powerhouse into her life.
[17:53] <Mistyck> Martine, Evaine paws around and opens the danged bag
which is usually clipped with three of those big potato chip bag
clippers
[17:53] <Martine> Rowena just chews a hole right through.
[17:53] <Mistyck> lol!
[17:54] <Ghostgames> Our friends Liz and Kevin are interested in the
black kitten, but they're afraid their dog Harry will be, too... a bit
too much! Apparently he lunges at any cat or squirrel he sees...

[17:54] <KK> Tilly has just jumped up on my lap.
[17:54] <Ghostgames> Shadow thinks they just get in the way (of him
going to eat their food, that is).

[17:54] <Ghostgames> Fox /just/ figured out there were cats on the
other side of the door today... I heard him spitting and hissing and
then he ran past me and back down into the basement with his tail like
a bottle brush.
[17:54] <KK> So, what time are people arriving at Darkover?
[17:55] <Shiral> Pan was trying to flirt with Cesca yesterday morning,
but she just looked bored
[17:55] <Martine> I'm picking up Nancy and we're both arriving around
lunchtime on Friday.
[17:55] <Ghostgames> Dana hasn't had any encounters with them (not
even near encounters through the crack under the office door).
[17:55] <Shiral> "For goodness sake, cool your jets, gramps..."

[17:55] <Shiral> Late Thursday night, for Ann and Me
[17:55] <Ghostgames> Melissa and I will be arriving around midnight
Thursday.

handle
[17:56] <Mistyck> I really wish I could be there, but, there's a good
possibility I have to work on Friday
[17:56] <Mistyck> and I definitely have to be work early on Monday
[17:56] <KK> I'm in Wednesday afternoon; available for Thanksgiving
dinner with Wrengl & co--at the Charred Rib, maybe?
[17:57] <Martine> I've got Monday off, so I'm staying through then.
